Shipping Policy

  • All products purchased on our online store will be dispatched within 24 hours on business days (excluding Australian Public Holidays). If order is placed on Friday, then product will be dispatched on following Monday. Our shipments are fulfilled by Australia Post and DHL.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney & Brisbane. Once orders are shipped an email notification will be sent to customer with delivery tracking details. The email address provided by customer at checkout, will be used by us to send delivery notifications.
  • In case you have not received any notification from David & Shaw regarding your purchase within 48 hours from the time you have placed order, kindly reach us with your Order number and purchase details at support@davidandshaw.com.au ; we will revert to your queries in two business working days.
  • We charge flat charge of AUD $ 10 for any delivery within Australia and for international orders flat charge of AUD$25 is charged to customers. These charges will be shown to customers at checkout.
  • For customer’s placing orders outside of Australia -depending on the value of your order, your David & Shaw package may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of David & Shaw’s control and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
